A denial-of-service (DDoS) attack directed a high volume of malicious traffic at the login page. Customers may have experienced slow loading or been unable to sign in or access the application.
Service has been restored, and the interruption is resolved. We are reviewing the incident and evaluating additional safeguards to reduce the risk of similar disruptions.
